Refuges United must fill the gap between the expected costs and sponsoring partner income. It plans to do this through publicising its system via pro bono media engagement to generate charitable donations as well as by targeting foundations. Refugees United is not a UK registered charity and so is an unusual organisation for Development Ratings to recommend. However, UK donors can make donations to the US registered charity.
The main requirements currently are for start-up funding for core costs as well as development finances for the search engine itself and for reaching more refugees.
